Caller: scammer

I was busy when a male with what sounded to be a educated Filipino accent, called and said he was from 'Anchorage Investment'.
He asked for me by name but I have never heard of Anchorage Investments and presumed he was a cold caller salesman or scammer. I actually had my hands full working with chemicals at the time and so I said: "Look I'm sorry but I am very busy at the moment and am in a meeting and so you should get straight to the point; are you trying to sell me something?".
He replied "I am not selling anything, I am from your bank, (my name)" and then added in a stern voice "is that the way you rudely speak to your bank Mr (my name)".
Anchorage Investments is not my bank and I have never dealt with them and so I terminated the call.
Later, when able, I tried calling the number back but the number was not apparently connected or was continually engaged as all I got was a single tone consistent with a VPN line (not a real number) or an engaged signal and I can only presume it was a scammer calling via VPN.
Just concerned that they actually have my name.
The only Anchorage Investments I could find listed was an Egyptian company that doesn't list its phone number or address. It has a Linkedin profile that has a webpage link but the webpage is blocked and google reports it as ‘restricted’.
Others reports on the phone number, mentioned The Anchorage Group, and so I looked that up and found its webpage was similar to Anchorage Investments in that it failed to list a phone number or an address but did have social media links, all of which took you to H Fusion Media & Communications in London which describes itself as a dynamic, independent publishing house but also does not list an actual address.
I tried a variation of the original number exchanging the last digit for another 0 and so (02) 9266 2009, and so (02) 9266 2000 in case 02 9266 2009 was an extension and found that 02 9266 2000 was the Hilton Hotel in Sydney.
Conclusion. The caller from 02 9266 2009 lied and so must be a scammer.

Was called by a women
New it was a scam so asked her a couple of questions
Asked her if she wanted to have sex with me and she hung up
I get a lot of calls from different scammers so I ask questions first and they hang up straight away
Best thing you can do is ask funny or sexy questions and they don’t want to continue

another scammer, I cannot switch on the phone these days.

Woman said she was from Anchorage Investments through Commsec. I hung up.

i had 2 missed calls, maybe something to do with the optus scam, I blocked the number anyway had optus 20 years ago

Woman from Anchor Advisors claiming I took part in an online survey by commsec securities in mid November last year.

Knew my name. Scammer hang up as quick as you can.

Scammer company they wanted to verify my name then hung up

Number didn’t come up as recognised on my phone so I left it. They hung up after a couple of rings. I guessed it was a scam as I don’t live in nsw!

Caller: Fake crypto investment scammers that hang up

They hang up on you when you answer. They will follow up with another call a couple of hours later from an operator that will attempt to scam you with thei fake online trading account with an initial deposit of $250. They are just seeing if you answer first as they already have your details.

Said they were from an investment company I enquired with a year or so ago (which I didnt).. scam.

Caller: "Anchor Advisers"

Weird accent. Knew my name. Said they were from Anchor Advisers. I quickly Googled it. Doesn't exist. Hung up.

Spam calller had my name as well.

Same as me, they also know my name!

Unknown caller. Did not leave message.
