Telemarketer. Just ignore. They use a series of numbers similar to this one. Usually only the last 3 numbers vary.

I have had the same with several (02) 9199 9365, (02) 9199 9394, (02) 9199 9379 but have not picked up so not sure who they are but they never leave a message suggesting marketing, surveys or charities.
