My daughter has been receiving phone calls for the last month from them, has not contacted them.

this deplorable system is where they call you but automatically finish the call the moment you answer. This is done in the expectation that you will return the call at your expense. It is a "We call, you pay" technique. It is rather a shabby way of doing busines. I can only advise not to call back as this type of practice is deplorable.

They have been calling me about four times a day even though I told them by email I wasnt interested.

Calling, as soon as I answer they hang up, as if they want us to call them back so they don't have to pay for the call. Cheap huh

Just got a call from (02) 9191 1299 and guess what? they hung up as soon as I answered. You're not going to continue with Rapid Loss' products if they can't even speak to you on the phone. Very poor business practice. Wonder if their call centre in Mumbai or the Philipines?
