I called back the number (02) 9189 9081 but the call didn't go through

Caller ID app shows this number as 'Arabic Scam'.
Although blocked, numerous attempts made, even as late as 8pm.

this number and similar numbers phoned me multiple times even on saturday and sunday evenings, no message. once i phoned back and music played then one time a lady answered! it must be a scam/spam call centre, possibly using spoofed numbers
