Answered phone in Jan 2024 and it was a robocall from Alinta Energy chasing outstanding payment

I don’t know who called. If it is Alinta Gas which is all they supply in WA the account is not in my name, and it is a local call not Sydney. Now blocked.

My electricity supplier Alinta sent me a reminder for a bill that was already paid. This turned out to be a nightmare to sort out. I am now wondering if this "reminder" is a scam. I called the company directly to investigate.
