This also happened to me yesterday on this same number

the original caller said he was from Trend Micro security support (for computers) and that my computer was not updating. He had my email, name and address. He said he needed to access my computer to manually update the software. I said to call me back, but I called his number first and while he answered as "Support" he gave no company name.
However, on call the company from the support number on the website - I was told my account was upto date. the caller was NOT from Trend micro, and they do not phone their clients.

I called back the number (02) 9160 7363 and the person I spoke with didn't mention the company name
