This came to my mobile phone and I can only assume this is one of those scam calls that you call back and it links you to an overseas number and next thing you know there is an international fee on your phone bill. If they don't leave a message block them. If you don't know how to do this: tap your the green phone icon on your mobile, tap the "i" to the right of the number and select "block this caller"

I returned the call and this is the response I heard: "the person on extension 524 is on the phone...Please leave a message after the beep."

I called back number (02) 9160 3506 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
