Caller: Jake Someone had deducted pan amount from my card so I reported it ?! Apparently they claimed it was amount to Kogan for earplugs ?! I did not order anything from Kogan, so hit “NO” on my response & they texted back saying they would cancel the card!? I will take up directly with bank on Monday.

Caller: I didn’t get the call in time Sounds like the top comment has it right. I didn’t take the scam call so missed the second part. The bank contacted us and froze the card.

Caller: Text messages from “Westpac”? From 19th May 2025 through to 21st May 2021 the same has happened to me. Exactly the same what Geoff experienced. I received 2 phone calls from these so called fraud agents from Westpac, but I was highly suspicious and did not entertain their phone calls and hung up.

From 19th May 2025 through to 21st May 2021 the same has happened to me. Exactly the same what Geoff experienced.
