After sign up with Dodo for NBN, receive lot of call without any information,

Signed up with Dodo and got this call a few hours later, Hung up as soon as I answered, searched number as I was worried it was a scam capturing my voice/name
But seems fine.

Recently signed up for Dodo internet and since then getting 2 to 3 calls a day. As soon as I say hello they hang up. Don't leaving a message if I don't answer the call.

Im not sure why everyone on here is noting this call as 'harassment' ? If you did SIGN up with DODO ofcourse they will try and call you to bundle the rest of your other services. I signed up for NBN coz the deal is great however, they also offer elec and gas. Although their rates were not better than what im currently on i did give them the chance to beat it but they confirmed they couldnt. Had the one call from them and pretty much that was it. Might suggest to just hear them out ONLY if the call is expected due to signing up recently with DODO as maybe their new plans for a bundle could save you more than what you currently getting

Obviously again dodo.i reckon it's something to do with covering their own arse. Checking if phone numbers are real or owned by legit human customers or something like that.

Recently signed up for Dodo internet and received 5 calls from this number in the last two days, never leaving a message. Phoned back once - very unprofessional. They just said hello. I asked whether this was Dodo and they said they were and asked whether I had signed up. I said they should know if they were Dodo and hung up.

Within 1min of ordering NBN service from DODO, which stated they would send me an e-mail with furhter instructions, I received a phone call from this number. I do not believe this is DODO, I believe this is a scammer, in the name of DODO. She started asking if I'd ordered internet, however she cut herself off and started again at least 3 times, due to the major background noise (voices, dogs barkin) and she sounded extremely distant, I didn't say anything, as I am certain I was hacked about 1yr ago due to me thinking this number was Dodo, yet when I rang Dodo back at that time, they had no idea or recording of any phone call. She whispered something like 'be quiet' and I hung up and blocked the number. This is most definitely a scammer. I do believe this is external to Dodo Services and is not the company Dodo making this call. They do not call you, whenever I have dealt with Dodo, they are always extremely polite and helpful and have been great in my domestic violence situation. They most certainly do not have background sound or bad quality. Also, the number to contact Dodo, is not this number. It is Cyber Crime who is in the wrong here, as they have done nothing about it and obviously let it keep happening for more people to be scammed. If our security services actually did their job and actually had power to stop these hackers, instead of using the excuse they can not get 'physical evidence' these hackers will keep prevailing in all situations. The police and our authorities have no power over hackers, due to their absurd logic of what is evidence. I have been a victim of cybercrime ever since my separation to a vindictive, diabolical, possessive personality, of a man whom I loved and trusted for 20yrs (until I actually started looking into suspicious things and was devastated at what I found). We never truly know someone, even when we think we do. This started for me 19 mths ago and it has almost ruined my life except I have created a timeline document and showed all the instances of these occurrences and studied and read and looked into as much as possible to learn more about this type of thing and yet I still have no idea on how to stop it. I have the highest security on my phone and have several numbers and e-mails and nothing seems to stop them finally finding me again. I have no social media accounts and I do not have any banking, afterpay apps on my phone anymore. I have had 4 different bank accounts through 3 different banks hacked and 4 emails and 2 social media accounts and 3 phones. Meanwhile, I have no camera, microphone , location accesses on. I go through every app on my phone and turn off all permissions that are possible and this still occurs. I have had pre-paid accounts and service accounts through several telecommunication companies. Once your identity is stolen, there is very little to stop this - and the police and the authorities are no help at all! I have even let the police put 2 phones on their reader, and still they have done nothing, and yet it was the police who told me initially my phone had malware, my daughters had mirroring and they tell me they believe me that this is not random and have had several police including detectives say they will stop this and put the ex away in prison, and yet still, the godly ego grows and the police don't even bother updating me on their investigation anymore and I no longer bother asking them. No wonder people end up in a mental health institute, commit suicide, murder or get murdered. This started by my vindictive ex doxing my personal information all over the internet. It's evil and it's almost unstoppable, due to the poor knowledge that our police services have about hacking. Also, this is bigger than any of us, as for these major scams to keep occurring - business hierarchy, police, government officials all have a scamming hand in this, it's how they make so much money on a government salary. This will never stop, as people are too naive to believe what is really occuring and would rather blame the company at hand, or have trust in our powerless police officers, who cannot stop this, even those officers who truly want to, as it is bigger than them and it is a nationwide problem that is only going to keep getting worse. Believe me when I say, this is only just the start of our 'new world' to come.

I signed up to Iinet today and this no. has called me 5 times so far.

Dodo has a lot to answer to.

It is a coincidence that Ive recently signed up for Dodo and ,reading other comments here, I'll assume its them. If they dont have decency to leave a message must not be important , right?

They want more business, but they do not have the manners to leave a message why they are calling, They are very persistent twice in a day.
I called DOD and ask them I am not getting any more services Electricity Gas
But the scary bit is they want my details to speak back and they say they may use the info for marketing.
So if I only knew!! I am giving them my details for a cheap NBN service
I would never ever get the service

I started getting calls in last in last 3 days, I do not answer, Looking at these complaints, realised, I got to DODO same time with thee messages.

I am really burnt and hass to change my number 3 times
I will be changing DODO if they have anything to do with this numbet for sure

Caller: a massive group of asians making heaps of noise on my voicemail - many times

it started just after i signed up with DODO as well - but i don't answer . They leave 5 minute voice messages of a lot of screaming Asians which i recorded and will send to DODO and ask them to cease calling me or i will cancel my account

Fairly sure it is Dodo who don't speak when you answer because you have been rung up by an idiotic automatic phone sales program who don't give their personnel time to speak. No I am not holding on.

Never leave a message and have had 8 calls in the last 5 days.
I am about to block the number because it is very annoying and I smell a rat!
