This number has been ringing me 3 times (02) 9119 2574 a day for the last two weeks (February 2015 thru March 2015). But because I can see the number calling or am nor here I never answer and let it go thru to voice mail, a message is never left.

Called asking for the owner. I asked who was calling, they asked if I was the manager. I asked if he is refusing to supply information I asked for? He quickly "ohh no mam, I am Sam from Vodaphone, Can I speak to the business owner?"

I said "no you can, please put us on your do not call back list"

Sam: "Oh Can I talk to the manager mam?"

me: "are you refusing to put us on your do not call back list? "

Sam : "Ohh no mam. ok then have a nice day "

He wasn't rude or very pushy, but he had no problem ignoring my comments to him until I pressed and used the magic ACMA words..

A cold caller MUST end the call when you asked for it.
A cold caller MUST put you on their do not call back list when asked for it

Cold callers are like little children, you must have a firm hand at the very start or they will lie and walk all over you.

It's not Vodafone, I traced the number back to the server. It is Soft Layer technologies in USA. It is a Scam.

Some business plan for Vodafone. They claimed that they had appointment to my office in Tuesday. WTF?!? what appointment I have not invited anyone.... an appointment that someone will come to me to help me to reduce my phone bills. I told them that I have not invited noone neither appointment someone, neither be in Tuesday. No problem for them arranged an appointment as I tried to get rid of them.... wtf... some pesky douchebags.. sending me a business specialist.... omg

I called back, it is a voice mail box

The caller also tries to put a + sign before 02 number to unblock your phone so block it 2 times 1 with a plus sign and 1 without the plus sign

Rang this number after they tried to call me the other day and I get this American recording saying "Your call is important to us, please stay on the line and you will be transferred to the next available agent," and then nothing.
