Yes. I also received call from this number (02) 9112 5723 . And one day i received call and the guy knew my name. But as i was driving , i asked him to call me back. He didn't call me back in that night, so i called next morning and i got connected to voice message saying 'You have been contacted by a Hosted Contact Centre Service and may be contacted again in the future'.I was curious to know this caller and then i googled it. I found this forum and saw lot of victims like me. I am not sure whether i was charged for this or not. I will look my next bill.

i just got a missed call from this number today.  my curiousity led me to google it up as i don't usually call back missed calls unless they left me voice mail asking for it.  thanks for this website, now i know it's a scam.

Have been getting these calls everyday for 2 weeks. If i answer the phone i just get hung up on, try to call the number back and get a engaged signal. After looking at everyone else i rang the 1300 number and blasted them, so hopefully that will be the last from them.

By the way, do all of the above bloggers have the same thing in common - A Commonwealth Bank account?????????

Have been receiving missed calls from this number every morning to an unused work number in my office that I answer, every time they just hung up so I didn't know how to stop them.

I called the 1300 number and spoke to Comm Insure. He wasn't very reassuring that we would be able to have it cancelled, but he said he would try to.

I'll just keep calling that 1300 number until it stops!
