Lady named Sara rang to advise that account was hacked. Advised her that we would call her back.
She even gave an ID number...

It's a scam, don't get caught. They say they are from Telstra in Melbourne regarding my internet and computer gave her name as Rose Wilson and the phone number (02) 9107 5000 heavy accent hard to understand.

Heavy Indian accent female. Phoned several times. Warning me that my Telstra internet was being hacked. Funny that as I don't have that service. Wanted me to turn my computer on. Was very willing to take me through the technical details. Hung up on this person several times.
