Never used a Uber

Caller: Not sure but got two missed calls a day apart After reading everyone else’s comments. I’m guessing it’s a scam call other wise they would have left a message if they were genuinely trying to contact me. I have never used or riden in a uber or didi so if it was meant to be them, they would not have had my Phone number on record. Very suspicious. Why would uber want to contact people about applications.

Currently applying for Uber as a driver, appreciated other messages here that I looked at before calling back. Uber sales rep, all ok.

Caller: Uber driver The call was suspicious and was about the promotion to all Uber drivers while I was not registered or worked as a Uber driver at all. He asked me to verify all my information by phone to unknown person which I did not verify by phone. I did not give him consent to use my phone record because he asked me to give consent to all conversation at the beginning. It is really dangerous

Caller: Claims to be uber If they can't afford a proper telephone number, they're probably not a legitimate caller. Claimed to be 'uber'. was polite. said he would add me to 'their' "do not call" list when I asked. I'm not convinced this is a legit uber call.

Caller: Bupa My caller from this number was from Bupa, not Uber. Has called me every day for about 5 days now. Leaves a voicemail talking about signing me up to a travel program through Bupa. Why would Uber and Bupa use the same number? I believe it might be a scam
