calls and hags up, when called back get message that OPTUS advises that the number isnt valid or something. may be a scam

Caller: Blacktown Council its not spam ...its the council confirming you booked a roadside garbage pick up . you can't call them back on this number but they usually leave a message ..its not spam

Caller: Blacktown Council if you book a council pickup they will call from this number to confirm it ..you can't call back on this number though if you miss the call ....its not spam

They left a message that I had requested a road side garbage collection and needed to contact them regarding arrangements. Rang back but could not be connected. Phone number was not applicable to my area. Another trick in their quiver.
