Can only think annoying cold call as mentioned above.
That is why I never answer numbers I do not have in my phone book or are expecting.

Same as the above. However, regarding the "Do Not Call" register, that's just a source of numbers for overseas callers not covered by Australian regulations.

NUISANCE. Called on a Friday night after 8:30PM. I rejected the call and when i checked voicemail, was just hold music. BLOCK this number

Had call from this number. Asked where in the Philipines they were from, admitted ,Manilla then hung up. Bloody fools!

I called back number (02) 9099 5716 reached voice mail but did not say from what company.

They called me at 6:51pm on 16/06 and said they were conducting training to do with the end of financial year. They didn't identify themselves and the woman on the other end had a foreign accent, which are two red flags. If you're on the Do Not Call register, that won't stop them either as I am on the Do Not Call register. It's best just to ignore them and hang up, and don't go along with whatever "training" they're trying to sell.
