Received a call from this number "Carl from Accident Health Line" wanting some feedback in relation to an accident that I had been involved in recently. Fishing for personal information. He hung up when I asked him specific questions about what the purpose of the call was, who was he representing. The number does not ring when you dial it. Just another time-wasting scammer. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Said he was calling from ARC insurance

Said someone from my "phone number" was in a traffic accident. Couldn't tell me my name or any details of the crash. Then suggested it was another person who used my phone....

Had an East London accent and was calling from a vpn VoIP using this number as a front

Using Englishmen or Irish accents now.. You can hear the room in background cold calling..scam contacts your mobile and knows your name

Called claiming to be from Accident Helpline. If you google it you will find a disclaimer that the legitimate company never cold calls. As soon as I asked him to tell me what insurance company I was with, he hung up. It's a scam. They are after personal details so don't give them any.

Turns out Andrew Duncan is a partner in the realeatate.

Chasing me for money won't work and I'm not taking their calls.

Be aware this guys are the scammers in Australia now posing as JP Morgan Australia. They use comparison websites to get your details and they call as a request service you have submitted

Caller: Andrew Duncan / Jane Weaver JPMORGAN HOLDING LTD

This call is used to scam people and offer them bonds investments under the JP Morgan business name. They use email info @ jpmorganbond.com and they also run investment comparison website to draw in people willing to invest. then they call in as representatives of JPMorgan. Please be aware have all ready lost 200K

They may offer services to people that it does not apply to but in my case it did apply and I have been provided with a good service. I am now in the process of receiving compensation I was not aware of.

This is not a scam , simply looking to help people who have had a moter accident .
Not everybody likes to get called I know , but you should not be wrongly accusing people of scaming

just had a man with a British accent phone me saying he is following up about an accident I have in the last 18 months. I stated what accident and where did it take place. the man proceeded to try and gather personal information. when I asked for details, he stated he was not allowed to give that out due to the privacy act. this man is a scam AND NO ONE SHOULD GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. BEWARE!

Woman called me saying she was investigating whether I had been properly looked after in insurance after a crash. Said she was from the Incident Care Team. I told her my number was on a do not call list and asked her to explain who she was from. She said she was from an independent company that monitors insurance companies. When I challenged her saying that's a government job not a company and she was misrepresenting her company and was in fact a telemarketer, she apologised and hung up. Had an English accent.

Answered only to be hung up on. Called the number but it does not ring. I would prefer someone spoke to me so i could tell them where to go.

Asked her to send me email with questions.
No email received.

Claims to be from 'Accident (or Incident) Care Line'. Knows my name and claims to following up on an accident to make sure its all settled correctly. Could hear call centre activity in the background. Got offensive and hung up when I asked for the name of the company he was calling on behalf of and for details of the 'accident'.

Well I had one of these scammers on the phone for over 5mins. I figured if I f*ck with him and his head that is 5 mins he can't scam anyone else. I feel really proud of myself for getting him back. LOL

English accent male called from ABC Solicitors claiming I had been in an accident and as soon as I said it was a scam he got on the defensive saying he was not trying to scam and only there to help. Once I said I had not been in an accident and again said he was running a scam, he then said you should not put your phone number on the internet then so people can sell your number. I said you have obviously bought my number from somewhere then and he promptly hung up. This just proved to me he was scamming.

the guy just called me... again with the british accent. ARC legal ... asked me if someone in my household had been in an accident. I asked what business it was of his. he said he worked 'for the consumer' not the insurer and wanted to know if i'd been fairly treated . i said 'I'm not telling you anything, you could be telling me any sh*t'.. he said 'don't swear' i said ' i will swear if i want, now get off my f*cking phone.' very disturbing that he had my number. if those idiots are smart, they are probably reading these comments, learning, and will change their modus operandi. we all need to be alert

Lady with British accent say she was from 'Something or rather legal' asking about a car accident I had in the last 18 months. She used my maiden name and old address so it was obvious it had been pulled from the white pages. Total scam
