My Samsung phone also claimed it was a spam detected call, did not answer it either, I never do when it is a number I don't recognise.

Caller: Someone with an Indian accent who identified themselves as Sarah Wilson from NBN This is a number used by scammers. They claim that your internet connection has been 'hacked' and try to get you to download software to fix it. The software is likely malware, which allows the scammer to lift useful data.

Seems like a scam call - claimed a order for a iphone on Amazon (don't have a personal phone) was linked to my number and wanted me to download an app to cancel this - cut the call off
