Scam call saying charges on EBay bla bla bla…..hung up!

Number called today , seems Indians doing the rounds. Telstra etc and Australian Gov seem powerless to stop them

Scam caller. Unconvincing message about VISA charges and dodge call centre agent with foreign accent

Scam call about fake "Visa" charges. Call goes to noisy call centre and the "Visa agent" has a foreign accent

My Smartphone didn't even let it ring; just blocked it and put it straight into spam folder. That's how obvious it was.

left no voicemail, called for 4 seconds or so and then hung up

Did not leave a voicemail message or text. Have blocked number due to comments above.

Typical off shore scam. pre-recorded message in bad English . They need to be shut down.

Starts with an electronic voice saying my visa card has unusual charges pending then an Indian woman starts asking questions about what my last transactions were.
I said I wont give any information & that I will call the bank to confirm if any issues she got quite stern and kept pushing for me to answer.
Called the bank and they confirmed it was a scam caller

call regarding credit card transaction. obvious scam authenticated by previous reports above. didn't wait for rest of message.
