Caller: Amazon prime, but really some scammer A pre-recorded robotic-sounding message was left for me on my mobile voicemail. The message said that my Amazon Prime account (which I don't have) was about to be auto-renewed and that $99.99 would be debited from my bank account. The message went on to say that if I wanted to cancel my services, then I should press 1 for the cancellation department...so stupid. The number is now blocked.

It's a scam caller.
They pretend to be from Commonwealth Bank and ask you if you authorised a payment. They say a fake person and amount and ask if you authorised this amount from your account.
It sounds like the person is in a large call centre because you can hear several voices in the background.
