I missed a daytime call from this number, when I phoned back, on two occasions it failed

Yes Asian voice. couldnt understand what was being said. Pretty sure a scam call. I deleted number

Played the recording into google translate which struggled to completely translate it, but was something along the lines of 'a last warning for the airforce'
