called with 0421 525 493-0419 719 848 AND 090712904 all claiming to be from nbn australia , same thing wanted me download A PROGRAM TO access my computer to fix my internet line that had been comprised, by they way I had internet working perfectly

Caller: Indian NBN company

Indian male with little command of english saying he was from NBN and that my computer was corrupted and needed new software installed. He handed me over to his supervisor so I put the phone down, turned the TV sound up loud, went outside and pruned my rose bushes.

Recorded message saying it was something to do with fraud and my bank account and to press #1 to speak to someone, which I did and it played the same recorded message. I hit #1 again and the guy said "hello", then a bit of a pause before saying "thank you for contacting the NBN" ... I laughed and told him he needs to get his story straight as to what company he is pretending to be before answering and he laughed as well. Obviously I hung up, lol.

SCAMMER!...called...left no msg on voicemail !!!

They claim to be Telstra. Checking that you have unauthorised activity from your internet

Claimed to be private security of commonwealth bank, to verify a possible unauthorised transaction from my account. I asked her to tell me my name and then she hanged up.

Recorded Female american voice stating from fraud squad and there had been a couple of fraud transactions on my credit card-I terminated call

Usual crap. Your credit card has been used to purchase international pre paid cards for $2,500. When I pressed 9 to talk to someone and asked questions, they didn't answer them. Kept asking them what company they are from eventually they hung up. Sick to death of these creeps, get at least 10-15 calls a day for various scams. They are ringing a business so I have to answer them.

Caller said they were from CommBank and they were checking if I had authorized an $800 transfer.

Says he was calling about a visa and my account being hacked at 4am. When I said he sounds like the dodgy hacker and asked for his supervisors name and his ID, he replied with his supervisors name is d*ck, his name is d*ck and his ID is d*ck0289 and i can suck his balls.

This number is one digit away from (02) 9071 2903 which is a well known scam number. Known to this web site (keep up the good work!!!!) but apparently not known to the telecommunications regulator who seem to be incapable of controlling this mess we call a phone system. Pathetic.

scammer called from (02) 9071 2904 , called me that a deposit has been made to a account in US from my commonwealth bank.
I dont have account with commonwealth bank.

I received a call from this number. As usual with these scam calls, there was a delay between when I answered the call and when a guy came on the line. He sounded like a non-English native speaker trying to put on an British accent. He said that he was calling from some technical department (I couldn't understand). When I asked, "Where are you calling from?" He said that he was calling about my internet connection. I think that from the tone in my voice he figured that I'd be a difficult call because he then hung up. The number is now blocked.
