Caller: “Telstra” Claimed to be from Telstra, I informed him I don’t have an account in my name with them. He told me they provide all the internet for every company and rattled off a few names of different internet providers. I told him I don’t have an account with any internet provider under my name or connected to my number. Called him out on being a scammer and he hung up on me.

Caller: Amazon, NBN, various as above This phone number calls us daily even twice, three times. Am so over it. Last week I told him to jam his phone up his butt. But just had another call, I picked up the phone but did not answer, they hung up. Another phone caller said I owed money and they were going to take it out of my account, do you say yes or no? My mobile received 40 calls in just over 2 weeks, I blacklisted so was able to count. From various 0410, 0404, 0403, but same useless prawns, turned phone to silent, then blacklisted number.

Caller: Scammer I don’t answer calls from unknown numbers these days. Definitely a scam in some incarnation- interestingly if you can watch a re-run of Channel 7’s spotlight into Indian Scammers in Kolkata that was aired last week it is absolutely brilliant. May the scammers end up with the fleas of a thousand dogs on them.
