Didn't pick up. Then looked up number which confirmed it's a scam number

Indian voice. Sounded like trouble connecting to Australia. Just said good morning (it's afternoon). I hung up and blocked.

caller said they were from amazon and enquired if I bought an item at blah blah time. I said no .....brief pause and hanged up.

although caller voice sounded like a rookie who just started to learn the scam trade :)

This is the forth call ibreceived today. All different numbers.of course I did not pick up, 5hey left no message. I blocked them!!! They rather stupid. They keep trying thinking that perhaps I'll answer !!!! They're a waste of time, space....SCAMMERS

Said they were from Optus. Offered 40% off my bills for the next 3 months. I just had to provide my personal details (DOB etc). Wouldn’t give me a number to call back on when I said I was busy. Hung up on me.

Indian scammers, saying they're from Telstra and someone is using my internet etc.
Couldn't tell me what my account number was, couldn't send me an email - said they did send an email but because of malicious internet use can't verify which email they sent it to. Hah

got a call from an Indian accent saying that they were from amazon. I could hear that the call sounded unprofessional so I hung up.

Caller: Someone from Commonwealth Bank

Said their was an abnormal $400 credit card transaction and wanted me to confirm. Didn't ask for my details. Once I said I don't recall this transaction, they asked me my mobile phone model (Huawei) then told me to log onto my computer with a series of commands. I wanted to go along to test where this was going but didn't have the time. I assume they wanted remote access. Red flags from the start but angry to know they may have scammed many others.

Claimed to be from NBN. I said I’m not interested in anything they are selling. He said, no no no, I’m not selling anything, then tried saying my line was compromised. I said no it is not, do not ever call my numbers again and they hung up.
