Pre recorded scam in a foreign language. It left a message on my voicemail.

they hung up as soon as I answered. Then 10 minutes later I got another call from a "private caller" - coincidence?? (didn't answer) .

I have had a few calls the last three evenings two were mobile contacts which I blocked and the other was (02) 9071 2864 that I answered then they hung up immediately and now blocked.

Claimed to be from NBN Gave option of connecting to technician if I did not want landline and existing phone disconnected. Complete SCAM just why do they do it.
surely everybody realizes that NBN will never ring them direct as need Provider.
