Scammer like antics, hung up part way through outgoing message!

Amazon Prime Membership renewal scam call, left voicemail.

Caller: Scammer, impersonating CommBank

BE VERY CAREFUL with this number (linked to +66 39 348 3308 and (03) 9340 8066).
Man called telling me that someone has accessed my CommBank account and had made 3 x payments from my account, to "Mr Norton in New Zealand". I played along despite not banking with CommBank. He transferred me to another person to get my bank account details and "authority to block the payment". When I hung up, the first man called back straight away using (03) 9340 8066. I picked up then hung up. Called me again to yell at me as to why I am not worried about this fraud - I said, "you screwed up as I don't bank with CommBank, moron" ...

My thanks to others who have alerted people to this scammer. I got a missed call but no message was left. Now blocked!

Caller: chinese embassy

Woman’s recorded voice message in chinese. Heard Chinese embassy in English but the rest was all in chinese I obviously don’t need to know and have no interest in. Blocked after checking it out and visiting here. Fraudulent number no doubt.

sh*t indian accent woman voice, confirm my name, talked 2 minutes continuously. I stopped her and asked what she were talking about, and she hung up the phone. 100% cracked head scammer.

Scammer, now blocked...

Received a call from this number. Kept on saying hello but after about 20 seconds, no one responded. Rang back a couple of times but number always busy.

DO NOT ANSWER, IT IS A SCAM, BLOCK THIS NUMBER.
They tried calling me 7th July 2022 at 3:27pm.

They come to you pretending to be from all sorts of organisations, from Amazon, a bank to Telstra. Never EVER believe any of these phone calls regardless of whatever number it comes from.
Please warn your elderly friends and relatives they are the ones that usually fall for these calls

Same number called me today, saying some rubbish about chinese embassy lol. Didn't bother saying a word. Filth scammers

So if this number is a landline, why haven't TELSTRA disconnected the line/account and referred the matter to the police?? Aiding and abetting? Complicit in allowing illegal activity to be conducted on their network?

recorded voice -this is the chinese embassy (in english) then speaking in cantonese. hung up before completing of message.

The one threatening Chinese National in Australia purporting to bd from the Chinese embassy. Really when are our telecoms going to get serious about stopping these attempted frauds.

Just called me. Said they were from the NBN. Really bad line and an obvious scam. Lady from the sub continent.
