Claimed to be from “Telstra Telecom”. Recorded voice. Said my identity had been blocked and I should press 1 to connect to a technician. I hung up. This call was followed by about 5 calls from various legitimate callers around Australia who said my number had called them. My phone was in my pocket and I had definitely not called them. I reported this to Telstra but have not received an acknowledgement of my complaint or any type of response. I have a concern that my number is now being used as a front.

Answered this called. They knew my name. Then hung up. Can’t call back as number registered as busy. Definitely suss.

Recorded messages, first in English then next was in Chinese (Mandarin I think as opposed to Cantonese) claiming to be from DHL. I hung up and blocked the number before the recorded message finished
