Claimed internet account changed from private to public over the weekend... couldn't verify any of our account details. Pretty sure this wasn't legit.

Claimed to be calling from Amazon to approve an iphone to be sent to me. I explained that I didn't order and iphone and that I don't have an amazon account. Called tried to get me to enter my email address into a strange website to validate if my email had been hacked. I didn't enter my email address and hung up instead

No voice or message left - suspected spam flagged on my phone as it rang. Someone spoofing this number is possible, but whoever it is - they're not legit it seems.

Calls, diesn’t leave a message. Scammer fir sure M. I don’t know anyone in NSW. So I don’t know you, won’t call back. Bllocked and reported.

As (02) number didn't answer call as suspected it would be either a charity asking for $$ or scammer especially as no message was left. Therefore no idea who it was. Going on previous comments, definitely a scammer.

Said they were from PayPal and to press 1 to delete or 2 to confirm a transaction of $800. Automatic reaction I pressed 1. Waiting for the consequences...

Female called & left message that I was going to be charged $299.39 from PayPal if I do not reply to this message and ‘Press 1’ or ‘Call them back’ straight away? Scam.

Tired old internet scam, using an address I haven’t lived at for 8 years.

Caller: Telstra ??

Female caller identified herself as calling from Telstra. I said I don’t have any dealings with them and to remove me off list. She said you don’t know what you’re talking about because all internet run through Telstra. I said I don’t care, please remove. She got angry and called me a bitch and other interesting names and hung up. Suffice it to say it wasn’t Telstra calling!

Claimed to be from Vodafone, offering a discount for being a long-term customer. Asked for a 4-digit pin?

Caller claimed from the Commonwealth Bank and wanted to talk about my account.

I said, "I don't have an account with Commonwealth Bank and said goodbye".

Caller: Amazon

3 messages from automated voice saying they are Amazon. Third call today and 3 different numbers which suggest NSW 02 phones numbers. Number ending in 0298 is a caller from Poland. Just hang up and don't anything. cheers

Stated my laptop hacked had to be cleared by them to download AnyDesk they installed it .. fraudulent.. I immediately realised had laptop cleared
