Called saying she was from NBN and there is a data issue that people can steal my personal data whenever I use internet, I asked her which area she was refering to and she said Melbourne but I live in Sydney, she went dead slient for 5 seconds than hung up on me.

(02) 9071 0268 called at 12.58 PM Saturday 7 May 2022, I answered the call but did not speak, the caller hung up within one second, there was no conversation from either side, another annoying nuisance call..

Auto message saying they were Olivia from CommBank

Indian callers representing the NBN, talking about upgrades to my connection. Asked what speed I achieved, when I said 267Mb/s they still wanted me to test it. Gave them a blast of loud music to get rid of them.

Claimed that an attempt at $1000 spent on Apple gift cards and that they now have access to bank details. Scam

Call to be from Paypal and that I have $1000 charged to my Paypal account

Recorded message said it was ANZ querying a withdrawal from my account. I have never banked with ANZ ...blocked the number

Woman with an accent said she was from Visa and Mastercard security. Told them I have neither card and I’m on the do not call list. Purely a scam. Block the number ASAP.

Caller: English speaker with strong Thai accent

Claimed to be from Telstra but Thai accent was so strong, I hung up and blocked the number.

Caller said “Hello Ma’am, how are you today? I’m call from Telstra about your internet”. I replied you’re not from Telstra and hung up. 24/04/2023

Caller: Said Visa card

Told me an amount of over $1000.00 used for on line shipping. Then put through to Asian (?) female who was stumbling over her words so I hung up.

Caller: Credit card company with no name

They said there was a fraudulent international purchase on my credit card and then to follow the prompts to either accept the charge to deny it.... Stupid people... If it was fraudulent why on earth would i accept it.... Scammers always trying their luck....

Hung up as soon as I said hello. Nuisance call, now blocked.
