Claim to be "Security of Visa/Mastercard". Knew immediately that it was a scam. Asked if I booked a flight recently for $2,700 from Silicon Travel Agency. I said yes and that stumped him. Tried to follow up to ask if I was sure I booked it. I said yes then I asked what bank he was calling from. He said Commonwealth. I asked for him to provide me the credit card on file and he said he couldn't share that information. Told him mate you called me to verify my security, you must know it's me. Asked for the last 3 numbers of the card, he gave me some random number. Told him I don't own that card any more and then he hung up. 4/5 would f**k with again

Caller knew my name which is hardly surprising given all the data breaches recently, said he was calling from [unintelligible], i interrupted "who did you say you were calling from?". Caller said something hurriedly that I couldn't understand and that he was calling for the commonwealth bank I said look you just need to slow right down and say who you are calling from in a way I can understand. They hung up
