Caller: Saying they were from NBN

Saying they were from NBN and going to disconnect me. Recorded message. Scam. Hung up and Block

Caller: (02) 9071 0202

Automated voice saying my amazon acc was going to be debited $99/cancelled/etc

They said they were from NBN to test internet connection speed. The line quality was horrendous.

Caller: Claimed to be Optus

To me to get lossed and F off when I told him I know it’s a scam

Caller: An unidentified caller , rang twice, first rang out followed by second call which rang off- no message- so obviously they had nothing usefull to tell me

suspect con call as no return number leftm nor any indication that they had a valid reason to call me?

Answered this call but I said nothing. After few seconds caller hanged!!
So I called back later on no ID call. Always busy or immediate disconnect. I then blocked this number.

A man claiming to be from the security department of Visa *and* Master Card, calling about a medical donation in my name. When asked, he said he was calling from Australia, from the city of New South Wales. O_O

Said they were calling from “Telstra” that there was fraud on my computer and that they needed to connect to it to fix it. Knowing it was a scam I said I’m at work and I will call you back. He said no give me a time and he will call me. I told him I will call the police and he hung up.

Missed the call & when l tried to call back it just dialed out. Then l tried again and the call wouldn’t go through

Phone never rang but a missed call suddenly appeared. Blocked it immediately.

A woman claiming to be from Visa/Master Card Services. Claim there were international transaction on my Visa card over night from Amercia and did I want to proceed... UMMM NOOOO!

When pressed for details such as current bank, full name etc she hung up on me
