Apparently our internet isn’t secure and others are trying to get into our internet account asked what device we had laptop etc normally they get frustrated I hung up on her first lol

Scam call. A robot voice claiming I was charged on my eBay account. If you stick around they will try to extract money out of you. Avoid!

Yes me too. Amazon Prime trying to charge me $99 annual membership. I went into my Prime membership account & told him it was the wrong amount & he wanted me to download a form onto my computer to enable cancellation. I said no way. He hung up after i kept asking him questions! SCAM!!!! lol

Pretended to be Amazon. Indian guy on the phone. Scammer. If you get these calls don’t give out any information but stay on the line as much as possible as you are preventing them from calling other people and scamming them. I feel sorry for all the elderly falling for these.

Scam - eBay this time. Be warned though, last time I repeatedly hung up on an Amazon Prime scam call like this I was charged (just like they had promised)

She said that she is from Amazon, ask me to install an apple called anydesk from apple store and fill up a form to cancel my Amazon prime. I saw this software is remote control software. I didn’t do it. She hung up me.

Left a message saying I had just spent $400 on an iphone 7

Voice recording thanking me for my EBay purchase of $399 on my credit card and if I didn't purchase this to press 1 on my phone.. Obviously didn not do that but how can we stop these scammers.

A recorded (computer generated voice)message claiming to be ebay with warning that money was about to be taken out of my account and gave options to press buttons to make cotact with someone to prevent this. Obviously a scam as they did not address me by name, did not specify the purchase or vendor and did not specify which account i.e. paypal, visa, mastercard etc. I just hung up.

Said it was Amazon Prime and I needed to pay $999.99 right now or the police would be at my house.
