Called back

Claimed to be Latitude, but refused to stop recording call when I said I don't want to be recorded and that it was illegal. Highly suspicious, must be a scam with information stolen from the recent Latitude hack.

Caller: Pretended to be latitude financial

I Missed call then I Rang back number I have a loan with latitude but call was suss so hung up.

Rang the real latitude office they confirmed they never attempted to call me so definitely scam call maybe as part of Lattitude hacking incident?

Strong foreign-accent. Knew the type of card I had. Wouldn’t tell me why he was calling. Asked for personal infor mation for ‘security purposes’. Gave me a 1300 number to call back on but no reference number

Said he was from Lattitude and calling to assist with my enquiry about logging into my account. I said I don’t have any issues logging on & hung up and blocked number. It was a very strange call.
Definitely scam,

SCAM Call. Left weird Indian music on voicemail.

Scam. Was bored at work all day so I kept calling them back. They got so mad it was very amusing

Scam. Latitude was recently hacked so not surprising it is a scam

Rang about an application

Caller: Claimed to be Latitude Financial Services

Quoted incorrect balance of my account and that I had an overdue payment (I didn't).
I asked to be sent information on the offer (debt consolidation) he said he wasn't allowed.

As I am a computer technician and have been cleaning up after an increased number of scams I told him this and he ended the call saying the information was online.

Called claiming to be from Latitude, knew the details of my personal loan account such as balance etc but got the date opened wrong, reading it with the day and month transposed as in other countries. I have now changed my password for the portal.

Several calls from 02 9070 numbers with varying last digits

No message left, I suspect a scammer
