Claimed to be from the Visa Fraud department. With this I hung up. This was the second call in a few days.

Caller: Claiming to be from some international bank Speaker read from script and clearly couldn't read English properly, claimed to be from some random bank, stated several transactions within seconds of being on the phone and then asked me if I initiated them - I told her she shouldn't have this job if she can't even read properly. And hung up.
No identification from her or myself. Clear scam. Don't be fooled, they'll take your money I'm certain

Usual odd number from interstate... let it ring out, just a 30sec "phone hung-up" tone on voicemail. Checked here. Blocked.

why are the telcos letting this stuff through without being traceable? You are failing us all. The telecoms regulators also need to step up and hold the telcos to account. Failing that, send a billion dollar bill to the governments of the countries of origin for monetary recompense, maybe then those governments will crack down on their own citizens operating in large, organised multi level buildings.
