Called about someone purchasing gift cards On my eBay account and wanted my bank details for a refund

Caller: Indian scammer about e-bay gift card

SCAM - Told me $200 had been taken relating to ebay account,
very dodgy Indian woman.

Wanted my account details AND wanted to to know if my phone was IPHONE or Android.

I played them my COW MOOING video and they hung up.

Works every time :D

Telling me I have set up an eBay account last night and tried to purchase $200 worth of gift cards from eBay. Couldn’t provide any details, total scam.

I just got the same one...saying an EBAY account was set up with my details and attempted to buy a $200 gift card and they wanted to verify the details to process the transaction.

Going to take 200 dollars from bank account..I hung up

its' a recorded message threating to take $200 from my bank account

Said they would debit money from account

Scam eBay call about debiting my account of $200.

Told me they were taking $200.00 from my account for gift cards and if I didnt purchase the gift cards to ring number. (02) 9067 0451
