Trying to sell solar panels. Said they sent a blue letter but never received. Also said the wrong suburb. Kept mentioning government incentives and local council initiatives but when I asked if he was working for a branch of the government or a private company he said a private company. I hung up.

I returned a call from (02) 9062 3371 but reached vm for Smart Energy Group

Caller claimed he was from Smart and had sent me a letter. No letter received.The address he said the letter was sent to was not my address. I terminated the call.

Try to convince me take off my current solar panel as they are old and put new one on to receive government payout. and my current solar panel is less than 1 year old.
called no stop for 5 days in slightly different time.

Missed a call (obviously) at midnight!!

Called my mobile. Claimed to be from Smart Energy. Knew my name and address. Mentioned both straight away unprompted. Said following up from a letter I should have received recently. (No such letter received. Nor requested.) Went into spiel about government initiatives and solar for homeowners. Told them I was only a tenant and not a homeowner, therefore was all irrelevant to me. Call ended pretty quickly after that.

Smart Energy trying to make out you can have Free Solar Panels Installed then try and get you to pay First then tell you to submit and form to get your money back.
Just hang up on them

Claimed to be following up on a letter sent earlier. Caller refused to identify company by ABN the nhung up. This is the third time they have called me over three months.

Called claimed that I owned a property in QLD that I had enquired about solar panels for. Sorry wrong number ... didn't even apologise just hung up

I have been receiving phone calls from this number (02) 9062 3371 ( when I called this I heard a message saying this was Smart Energy) and when I went online I found your website.

It has been longer than a week now that I have had calls coming several times a day and no messages are left but just hang ups.

Today , after receiving the Covid 19 vaccine and feeling very ill, I received 2 calls from this number, I replied twice, someone hung up on me when I said " Hello" , the next call was within seconds later at around 2.20 and I heard someone yawn loudly who then when I repeated my hello several times went into his spiel. He told me I had received a letter from Smart Energy (I did not) and then went into his spiel to sell me solar power panels or whatever, when I asked him to stop he began reading out in a loud voice so fast I could not understand.

This is harassment and I am on the do not call register.

Three phone calls - 2.52pm 4.12pm &6.28pm - solar panels scammers telemarketing- very annoyed to continually be harassed

Caller struggled to string two words together. Called about a letter I never got and then fished for my address. Hung up.

- extremely pushy and wouldn't accept no so I eventually had to hang up on him. My phone is on the don't call register.

Rang two nights ago and has now rung back twice in half an hour. The phone call the other night said he was ringing about solar panels!

The phone didn't ring, but a message was left. Simplyh 'hullo'.
