I rang back the number (02) 9061 8917, spoke with someone who hung up right away

I had missed calls from (02) 9061 8980 they have called the home phone on similar numbers even though I am registered on the do not call list. Blocked this number (because when you call back they say "dial 1 to be removed" (which could mean its a scam caller). I have lodged a complaint - this is appalling and disgusting behaviour.

I called back the number (02) 9061 8917 and reached vm that said I called an "outbound only phone number"

How good is iOS 13 and calls from unknown numbers no longer go through. Have been getting calls from this number and others similar past few nights at same time.
