SCAMMER - (02) 9055 8577, I rang the number to find out who called and this number is disconnected

Caller: Electricity comparison company

rude foreigner with really bad broken English wanting to know what energy supplier I was with, I gets a lot of these calls so I said look listen I’m in QLD and I don’t have a choice who I get my electricity through as we only have Ergon so why keep calling she loudly kept talking over me but I just kept repeating till it finally sunk into her thick head. So she then hung up in my ear hahaha

claimed to be energy australia calling about my energy bill, i don’t pay energy bill directly. when i asked if they could stop scam calling me, they instantly hung up.
has called me three times this afternoon over several hours

Just hangs up about 3 seconds after answering
If you call back you just get a message saying “ Optus advises that this number is unavailable “

Rang, didn’t leave a message, probably scammers

Called back but get this voice message 'opt us advises this mobile number is disconnected'

Called wanting to discuss my electricity account, addressing me by my first name. Seems like the same mob of pushy people that won't take no for an answer that used to call from Melbourne numbers have added a block of (forged?) Sydney numbers. Quickly hung up on these likely scammers.

Seemed like a scam trying to get me to swap power companies to ones that don't exist in Australia.

Yep these sad mothers call about 3-4 times a day. They need to get a life
