No message left and I don't return calls. Rang at 10 to 9 tonight. Didn’t wait to hear what they were representing as legitimate calls are not that late. Didn’t get any happiness from me! Has run gv me 3 times in 4 days. Never leaves a message. When I rung the number today it instantly disconnected. Spammers I rang back the number (02) 9052 0817 once but got disconnected Called at 10.40PM to tell me he was from the fraud department and there is a problem with my VISA card. Apart from that he was Indian I knew straight away it was a SCAM as I don't have a VISA card. Told him he was a liar and full of s**t and to get a proper job and make his mother proud of him, then hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM Said from fraud department my bank,they needed credit card details to confirm identity. I hung up Called me at 8:37pm.

Scammer claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank Fraud Squad, saying that a transaction for some $400.00 has been made to a software company based in England. The dude asked me for my credit card details which I refused to give, then he asked me what transactions had been made on the card. I told him that if he was legitimate he should already know that, he claimed he needed to confirm who I was. I told him I knew who I was but I considered that he was a scammer, in the end I hung up on him.
Rang at 9.15pm pretending to be from the Commonwealth Bank, saying there was fraudulent activity on my credit card. They asked me to give them the card details which I refused to tell them, asking me what transactions I had done today and yesterday. If they were for real they would have asked me, claimed he had to verify my details. Told them I considered they were scammers and despite their protests that $400.00 woiuld be charged to the card, I hung up

Supposedly from Fraud & Investigation Dept of Visa and Mastercard. I didn't give any information. She was very convincing though. Later I rang my bank - this was definitely a scam call.
A bloke saying his name is Brendan from Bank fraud department wanted to "help" me stopping a fraudulent transaction. He just needed my credit card details so he could stop the transaction. I told him that he should already have them as he detected the transaction so I shouldn't have to give him the details.
