I answered and they straight away said "sorry wrong number" this number has called me 3 times now over the last few days

Caller: Scammer Allegedly from a telco, needing to check my modem connection. when I stated that they should send me new modem, then I'll call them to discuss the set up, caller stated that no I needed to check all the lights, etc, working first, before they would send modem. I tried pointing out, that as my telco provider, they should know if my modem was working, and if all the lights were on. I then hung up, as I couldn't be bothered talking to this person any further.
