Finally answered to see who it was but stayed silent, they didn't say anything and hung up too. Very strange.

Got a call from the same number today and hung up upon answering.

Recorded message claiming to be from PayPal… I hung up before wasting more time. Scam call.

Called twice in 2 days, didn't answer, went to voicemail both times. First time, nothing but a female voice asking "hello? hello?" a few times and nothing else. Second time, same thing but with a male voice. I suspect it's a telemarketer.

Calling and then leaving empty voice mail with no noise and no one talking

(02) 9051 2548 rang and claimed to be paypal looking for authorisation on a payment - suspect its a scam as we didnt purchase anything and nothing on our paypal activity

Claimed to be an automatic call from PayPal telling me a transaction was about to be made and if I thought it was not mine to contact a link.
Checked out my PP account and no activity. Ignored phone message.

Definitely a spam call. They use the same 02 9051 prefix to the number and just keep calling. My latest one went to voice mail and no message just some heavy breathing. I don’t answer these calls.
