Automated voice pretending to be from Paypal for you to approve a payment of $200 something dollars and connecting you to customer service Dept - fr+kn scam !

Ignore. Don't answer.

I called back the number (02) 9051 2543 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Still happening ... calling across Australia. I live in a remote area.

Caller: PayPal scammers

They called me saying a transaction will occur. It told me I could request a refund or approve. Hung it up after that

Unknown - No message left.

Welcome to PayPal customer services Depatments. We have received a purchase request of $299.99 on your PayPal account. we will now forward you to our customer care department, then classical music.
First call through it says press 0 to approve, press 1 for a refund and press 9 for customer care.

And people wonder why we are getting more ans more angrier as a society. Maybe we have had enough.

Was expecting a call from Sydney. Answered the unknown number. After a short gap, a computer voice started off "This is an automated..." I didn't stick around to listen to any more. Probably the tax scam kicking off again.

Told me i was going to be charged $99 for prime

Automated voice re: paypal request

Said that they were from Paypal and that an amount was going to be debited from my account. I hung up.

Recorded voice which sounded AI. Don't answer this number
