How do these People get My Number (Mobile) as I NOT Listed anywhere...yet They Call Me often and when I Call back I get a Message that says " This is an out-bound Number Goodbye"

Lady called with American or Indian accent saying I’d won a trip to Florida. I asked her to send the details to me by email then she hung up on me. She was asking for $449

Same I just hang up, I Have given no information to anyone jut a scam

called them back and got a recorded message that it was an outbound number only. Blocked this number.

Said I had won a trip to Florida. I put the phone down.

A woman with America accent started to talk telling me something about me registering with them (not telling me who they were) and they had all my personal details, I tried to stop her talking but she kept going talking non stop. I put the phone down. NO idea who they are, but surely a scam. Worried that they had so much information about me though.

Who the F are these people??? I could not hear the call but the female voice just rattled off like a lunatic. Indian accent!!!

I answered and it just hung up. I received a call from (03) 9008 4210 yesterday with same
response

possibly scammers

I called back number (02) 9037 3820 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
