- This is actually a call from Schenker which is the logistics group.- They are trying to arrange a delivery time.- Could be regarding a Dell, HP and a few other companies that use them.- Call them back on 029361199 with your order number.- No idea why on earth they would use a ID that you can't call back on is this worse than having a private id???
My Dell order has been with Schenker since March 22nd. I got a call yesterday to say it would be delivered this morning... it wasn't.I tried to call them back at 4:30 to reschedule, and was told to call back during "office hours".I've spent over $60 phone credit on hold trying to sort this out.I have to try again tomorrow just so I can go pick it up from the warehouse myself : (

Got a call from thi snumber and they were Divine.... I believ it was Kath and she was so helpful and very understanding to my delivery requirments..... She was exceptional.... was a greater service from this courier company then DELL has given to me.
