A robotic message where volume is coming in and out and started with"...file case under your name for tax fraud. Your warrant is out for arrest. (Unintelligible sound like the message is getting interrupted which is similar in way when you're talking to someone and your car is getting into a tunnel)….If you want to clear your name, call (02) 9028 2921..."
