Just got a missed call from this number and had the "Congratulations..." message on it. I immediately hung up and googled it (here you all are). I also tried the number on my landline but it said "Goodbye" so I guess it knows if you are using a mobile or not. Tricky.

Would love to know whether a) anyone has been charged anything by this number; and b) whether anyone's had any luck with blocking/reporting this number to Telstra or Optus?

Boy, am I glad I did not hear my mobile phone ringing while "global roaming" in Abu Dhabi! Still worried that I may have missed something important back in Australia, I googled the number - and... surprise! I am not the only one. Rang back via VoipBuster (=free) and got just the "goodbye" treatment - obviously the scam is set up for mobile phones only.

I answered the phone to a recording... half of it was playing before i answered so didnt get it all..I've been selected for a free trial of some scam.. anyone got an idea of what it is?? f***in pole smokers.

i got the fone call today and my fone only new i didnt aswer it i mised it and ihave no credit and it left a voicemail fo rme bu t i cant here it with out credit did anyone get it throught voicemail also wats with tha t thing when poeple call bak and it says goodbye haha how canny i can let u guys no its not with vodafone caus ei have free mins  and it didnt let me call cause i had no credit so owell lol
