Caller: “Equity” Some guy called saying he was from a company called “equity” and mentioned I signed up for some kind of conference last year which I didn’t. He then politely acknowledged that things were chaotic last year and then asked if I still maintained the home loan. I replied that I don’t have a home loan. He then asked if I would be interested in one in the future to which I replied “sure but I doubt it’ll happen” jokingly to which he replied “ ok I’ll take care of it for you, have a good one ok bye” and hung up before I could finish saying thanks.
Called number back and got “Australian telemarketing solutions, all our operators are busy goodbye”.
These scammers are getting clever.

Equity property group. Answered - they thought my name was Karl. I said it wasn't, then he went to sales pitch mode and said that's fine, do I have a home loan. I told him I wasn't interested. Much dodgy.
