Macquarie rings constantly if you are ONE day late with your payment, using multiple phone numbers to try and get a response. I'll pay the damn bill when I get paid myself ffs Just leave a damn message instead of making me look up the number on reverse Australia

Honestly - my account is due on 31st of the month and DESPITE paying before that date they just ring and ring and ring and either say nothing, or hang up..... If you have got nothing better to do than play phone games with people - here's a suggestion for you - go play on the road in heavy traffic..... You are not doing yourselves any favours in the customer relations department..... Just BACK OFF and leave those that pay on time ALONE.....

Caller: Macquaire Group / Woolworths / Jetstar other

The number is from Macquaire Group(BANK) they own the Woolworths, Jetstar and other credit cards. They are ringing about what they beleive is an overdue account. They will not stop calling you untill the account is up to date on their system!!

There should be a law stopping them from ringing so often without leaving message.
I guess it’s computer generated.

Caller: Woolworths Card Services

Card was overdue by 3 days - they called multiple times and didn't leave a message. When I answered, he said the account was overdue and 'can you make payment of $250 today'. The $250 included the current month's payment which wasn't due until 2 January. Paid whilst he was still on the phone via BPay; he asked why it was late (oversight on my part), then he asked was I receiving statements (yes), then sarcastically said: "can I suggest you check your statements from time to see the status of your account".

It is Woolworths credit card debt collector.

This number called but didn't leave a message which makes me wonder why?

This number called me & after I said Hello twice to nothing, I said not funny & ended call. I do not have anything with Macquarie or Jetstar so I'm at a loss.

I called back number (02) 8986 8380 just kept on ringing no one answered the call and never got any voice mail.

Keeps calling me but never leaves a message. I have answered once or twice and caller hangs up. My guess is telemarketer or scam!
