Caller: 1st energy 20 mins of ranting about the energy provider switch, without getting to the point, stated that the call was recorded, I asked for a reference to the call wasn't provided.. This is a joke

Caller: Somebody from 1st Energy Called at dinner time, I tried to tell him I was busy (feeding dogs and cats) but he just ranted at me about my decision to change from 1st Energy to Origin, I put the phone down to clean my hands and hang up. He then called back on a different number to 'tell me off' I told him that I, as of now, would never use 1st Energy
