Called me twice over a two week period. After I said hello, someone coughed and hung-up each time.

They called me daily until I blocked the number!

I called back and the person did not answer using the company name. I said "I keep getting missed calls from this number. What do you do?"
They said they were calling from Kinsman Kitchens.

I picked up a call from this number. I could hear people in the background, it sounded like an office. The person just put down the phone after some time. I rang the number back, someone picked up and hung up immediately.

I answered with my name and they hung up

Called my mobile - I answered. They hung up.
I think they are calling to get your name and link it to your number and then start adding your personal information together and probably sell it to a call centre

they ring at least twice a week i never answer

I called back the number (02) 8966 5549 and reached vm that did not mention the company name
