The silly woman Sharlene called - (02) 8961 5401. So Rude to me too called my work...asked for personal details...have forwarded to my solicitor!!!

My mother in law keeps getting calls from this number looking for my husband who hasn't lived at his mums for over 9 years! She got sick of them calling and finally got their number which is the same number the rest of these people have on above comments. Also saying Len Marcema was the person to contact I did a google search and nothing comes up with that name. Sounds dodgy, we won't be contacting them after reading these comments

Contacted by a 'Len' from this number claiming to be from CreditCorp. The entire conversation sounded dodgy right from the start - do not hand over any personal details.

Had a silly woman called Sharlene - (02) 8961 5401. So Rude. Tracked me down, got my work number and tried to get a hold of one of my friends. She was rude and wouldn't tell me where she was from or why she is calling. Told her has nothing to do with me.

She then demanded I give her my friends Mobile number or work phone. I said no. Then asked if she can have mine so she can call me. Pffftt.

I past on the msg to my friend and he said that it was a debt collector chasing $29.57 or something. Like really. With the amount of calls that idiot was making. it woulda been more then $29.57 LOL dumbass....

Contacted by "GLAN" or "LAN" or "GLEN" etc, sounded like a 10 year old asian girl. Was very rude and demanded to know if I was a certain person. Would not tell me any more about where she was calling from except that it was a "financial institution" from Sydney. I told her I didn't want to talk to her if she wouldn't tell me who she was and she said if I hang up, she will just keep calling my number. I told her that it's harrassing someone over a carrier service and she said she'll find another method of contacting me. Then I received notification that she had contacted a friend's work place that has no connection to me. This is downright harassment and I will be contacting the police.

Got a message on my phone by a person on mobile 0406 652 065. Message: Hi Vincent can you please call Francis on (02) 8961 5426
No sender name. I rang the mobile and it just rings out

they rang and left this number with two friends on facebook they said they were looking for me and to pass number on to me if possible . one even used my mums name as hers and asked if i was interstate ans said the call was of a private nature. its f*cking private now

I got the same call from this person - LEN
Looking for a relative of mine and even asking for their details. This is a SCAM.

I also received this call from Lyn looking for a relative of mine. But the amazing thing was she called me at my work. When I questioned her about how she found out where I worked she was very vague saying Google or Link or something. I said "I don't know who you are so I'm not passing on any messages or giving you any information" and threatened her not to call my work number ever again. (I suspect she was from Lion Finance)

All I got was a message from a girl with a vaguely Asian accent (Australian accent more dominant) but speaking so quickly and quietly it was hard to hear her. I replayed it 4 times to understand the number she quickly mumbled. The message was literally "Hello this is Len/Lynn/Glenn (hard to hear) please call me back on 028615271." The vibe I got from her tone was of someone friendly returning a call, not from a professional organization, i.e. suspicious. Very informal-sounding on the phone, not like someone calling from an organization.

Got a call from Len looking for 'Clare' who shared my surname.

Claimed that they were 'handling an overseas matter' for Clare but refused to give any details of the matter or her company for privacy reasons. When I asked why they called me, Len claimed that in researching contact details for Clare, they found a connection to me.

I do have a relative (very distant) called Clare, and I was asked to call her and pass on Len's details for Clare to call Len. Len gave me 2 numbers to call back with the outcome of my call to Clare - (02) 8961 5271 and (02) 8961 5229.

Called it back to try and find out who Len worked for and got a recorded hold message for CreditCorp. It was just a recorded loop that I was in a queue blah blah blah till I eventually hung up.

Submitting this after I've seen other comments about the number.

Received an email asking me to call this number on an important business matter.

Also fabricated debts it claims are outstanding and require payment via them.

Bit of a concern and my opinion just disregard all contact with this number.

This number is being given as the contact number of a finance company collecting what it claims are outstanding debts. It is utterly spurious. The debts it is claiming as outstanding are fabricated.
